Your fender liner may have come loose. Being that low is the cause.

welll my size of tire is 16" and who knows the rest... lmao..."winter ones" .... thing is... I have 17" tires with rims for summer, and no problems!!!... just started happeneing.. n i ran them for a whole summer... and there was no rubbing anywhere.... but i know, there isnt a gab between tire n fender... barley stick 2 finger under it... 1 probley... it was rubbing before cuz cousin told me before i bought the car, and he replaced the tires... and ever since... no rubbing.. not sure what eelse to even check...or look. i cant really see cuz the winter rim has this black plate so u cant even see rotor or anything. One rims r on ill see all... n mabe can tell, so im kinda waiting for winter to clear cuz i have no garage, just stone driveway!
