no power at 3K+ (91 crx)
Alright, my REX was running decent... we bought a hatch that needed a fuel pump, turned out it was f*ed.
So, we put my parts back on the rex, and had all sorts of problems.
Originally it was sputtering in any rpm range and the tach was going insane, so I traded a part for a distributor a buddy had laying around...
Now, I don't have any strange tach behavior and while in neutral or park the car is fine in any RPM range (sometimes it acts up if you rev it up, then rev it up again while it is still spinning back down).
At any rate, in gear, it has no power past 3K+ rpms in most gears,... and you have to let it drop to idle range before you can hit the gas again and have any power.
Sometimes, the car won't crank, and sometimes it cranks and shuts right back off..
No one I know really deals with Honda's, so I'm lost.
The check engine light is on (has been since I bought the car), the only thing it is complaining about though is the air charge temp sensor.
Anyone have any idea what I might should persue?
I've already changed the cap, the rotor button, the wires, and the plugs.
Also, it blows the plug seal on #3 everytime I replace it within a few weeks at minimum (something else it has always done.)
Any help will be greatly appreciated, I'm about exhausted with this thing.
