When i go on and off the gas in 2000 civic i feel jerking and poping noise?

When i go on and off the gas in 2000 civic i feel jerking and poping noise?
Ok Hears my setup
2000 civic with stock suspension, springs, shocks everything stock.
When i had my D16y8 in my civic i heard a slight pop noise in the front end just figured it was my axles ticking. Now I in the past two weeks installed my gsr and the sound is more pronounced now.
Stock motor mounts with energy suspension inserts all around. and still feels like mtor is jerking. any one had this issue?
