Default HELP MOTOR OUT OF TIME

Ok guys my friend took off the timing belt on his B16A crx and when putting it back on the intake cam moved. My question is how do i get them back in time with the crank i know that the pink notch lines up with the notch on the outer cover and that the cam marks go to top but i did that and the valve train on the intake side is making noise. Please let me know what i can do to ensure everything is back in time.

Thanx

just put everything at TDC and put the belt on. There should be marks where the oil pump and crank should line up to.

But yea EVERYTHING TDC and you be good to go.

Sorry to act like such a noob but i want to do it right the first time. So the cams dont have to be on an intake or exhaust side they just need the arrows to point at each other and up and the crank needs to be at TDC for cylinder number 1?
