They aren't.
They are Mugen M7's that have been polished.
The giveaway that they aren't Rota's, is the embossed section where the Mugen label would normally go (the paint looks like it was polished off), and the fact that they are actually multi-piece wheels not "simulated" multi-piece wheels.
