Chris and The WORLD Racing guys couldn't have started their 2008 season off any better by eclipsing their previously standing record at the big track of Willow Springs, CA

previous record: Chris Rado 1.29:540

NEW FWD record: Chris Rado 1.27:306

Bernardo ran a 1:28.5 in the naturally aspirated Hasport Integra there last time out. I guess it's time to make another trip out with the supercharger strapped on and break that record. I'll drop you guys an email when we're going in case you want to come out and watch.

That seems to be way out of date. considering we went 1.29 back in July 07

Thanks for the kind words guys. That fast lap was made on the first session that we have been able to get back on the track since the accident at the Buttonwillow Super Lap Battle. So we finally have somewhere to start with this car. Not to make excused but..... the car was on low boost and a conservative alignment. So be our guest to break the 1.27:306

wasn't the integra restricted to honda challenge rules(engine wise)? and isn't this scion turbo/super charged? bernardo is a pretty good driver, just tweak the engine a little and you'll break past that 1:27 no problem.

Anyone else ever wonder why noone ever uses the "high boost"?

it was our first time our for the year after we made a bunch of changesover the off season. so we didn't want to throw the kitchen sink(high boost) at it before we made sure all of our changes were improving the car

i don't remember off the top of my head but think it meat honda challenge H1 weight rules. it also had a weight penalty for running moton external/three way shocks. think, could be wrong.

HC rules put it at a minimum of 2525, or a little over 2550. As i am not sure what type of cage it has.

You guys should come out to some Mid Atlantic NASA events since your in the area. Have you run at VIR or Summit Point with that car?
