It's a discontinued part number that was superceded by 15400-PLM-A02. The A02 filter is made by Honeywell/Fram and is garbage. The A01 filter is made by Filtec and is leaps and bounds better quality.

The LCA's were taken off the car at 65,000 miles. As far I can tell, the bushings are in good shape.
