Default lowering the R

Well im in the market for some lowering springs and just have a question. Do the springs have to be made specific for the integra type r, or will any 94-01 dc2 integra lowering springs do the job?

The springs are not specific. But keep in mind the ITR springs are 30mm lower than the normal Integra springs.

So the amount of drop on the springs would be slightly higher than what they say? Does anyone have a pic of there R on some springs?

What's wrong is that the ITR springrates are very good for the car. Many aftermarket springs run a less-than-optimal springrate, and some even are less springrate than the OEM Type R springs.

That's what's wrong.

ok so dont get them basically? Since you guys know it all and im just some dumb noob, why dont you guys recommend a good setup for me. Something relatively cheap also... I dont race my car so I dont really care about performance increase as long as it doesnt decrease what I already have. I drive my car about 2-3 times a week and just looking for a drop because I like the way it looks.

No,

I'd go H&R or Eibach springs

or even a PIC set up with a 10KF, 8KR. Just ask for PIC select P2's
