I was wondering if the buddyclub spec III catback exhaust for 97-01 type-r will be a direct bolt-on to a 01 gsr without any modding??

have the same length of piping.
just buy a ITR header, and if doesn't fit you can always buy a flange of jhpusa.com its 15-20 bucks.
