It will as long as you buy the ITR LCA (they go for about $50 used). They are a nice upgrade and lowers your car maybe .5, not much, but it gives it a nice stance and improves handling

try doing your homework before spewing BS on the interweb, the ITR LCA WILL NOT FIT a 96-00 civic.
