Yes you can h22 head on f22 motor. It has been done many times. But ask yourself this:

What are your long term goals................*****wind blows******

I would start in the hybrid forum and read from there...also seach G23..by Pirate
That will give you an idea of what it will take...

If you do it I will buy your F22 head..

If your long term goal is a turbo build I would hold off on the head swap.
If your car is going to be a DD I would at least rebuild the bottom end. New bearings, washers, rods, pistons. http://raceeng.com/p-7911-honda-f22855mm881.aspx is a good place to start. Dont bother with the head right now. Start saving money with at least a 25% overflow fund for mistakes and what ever else happens.

1. Buy a Manual for your car.
1.2 Don't buy from ebay unless it is something cosmetic
2. Have a second car.
3. Make a list of all the parts you are going to need with prices.
4. Figure out what items should be bought together so you dont have to keep taking the engine apart.
5. Once you have all your parts and everything is installed. GO TUNE YOUR CAR

This is all I can tell you because it has been said 1xxxxxxxxx times before on this site and others. I left a million things out but ya.... Good Luck
