Default what is this sound

Ok guys i have this sound comming from up under the car. It is like a high pitch whine sound and when i turn the wheel to the right when i am going around turns it gets louder. When i press the clutch in or put it in neutral the sound is stilll there could this be a bad wheel bearing? Another problem i have is on top of my valve cover on the left side there is a cirlcle thing the came off and i didn't notice it till i saw i had oil on my hood its like the color as the valve cover. If you guys could help that would be wonderful. This is on a 95 accord lx.

what circle thing are you talking about? is it towards the back of the valve cover where the breather hoses would be or where the valve cover screws go? if thats the case I have some spare circle grommets i can mail you for the valve cover. Free of course. It sounds like a bad wheel bearing however if the sounds gets weaker when you go to neutral or engage the clutch the problem sounds with the tranny itself during cornering where the axles mate up to the tranny, Are the inner cv axles worn or busted?

What kind of setup you got on the accord to get it to 340whp.
Right now I am at around 250whp on OEM internals but im thinking those are next in line for replacing. hit me back.

Judging by the fact that it gets louder when you turn the wheel, I would suspect a CV axle. Check to see if your CV boots are both still intact. If they are ripped, chances are they've been that way for a while and the lack of grease has boned your axle(s).

Good luck!

If you look at the engine pic on this car his has it on his valve cover to its on the left side right behind the spark plug wire.
