i currently have a 96-00 or 99-00 front end swap on my car, i bought the car that way, but the driverside front fender is cracked and it looks like they just bondoed it, can i buy a new front fender in those years of civic for my car or does the front fender have to be modified?, also, i have a d16z6 engine with a turbo, and when the car is just started and it warms up after like 15-20 mins, it will start reving between 1k and 1.5k, any suggestions on how to fix this problem? lastly, i want to put performance timing gears on my car, any suggestions on what ones would suit my car the best and give me the best performance?

 

If you have a 96-98 car with a 99-00 front end, then you need the 99-00 fender and you wouldn't need any modification.

 

i have a 1994 del sol, so does that mean i need to make mods to a new fender, and if so, wouldn't it be just easier and cheaper to fix up the one that is already on?

 

well then you need to figure out what front end you have its either 96-98 or 99-00. And correct me if i am wrong but i believe you have to use the back half of the del sol fender and weld it to the front have of the new fender....
