Default New Dash?

hey guys,

I am looking for a solution for a new dash in my DX HB. Is there another more, rounded dash out there that will fit? Do I custom make one from fiberglass?

If I do decide to fiberglass which way is the best to do it?

You can mod a 90-93 Integra dash to fit, it's a little rounder than the Civic dash. I've also seen a 94-01 Integra dash in a CRX. Either would require a lot of customization and guesswork, they're not as common as you may think because they're such a PITA anyways.

And the million dollar question is.... why?

Why you ask?

Well I plainly do not like the stock dash. Plus I want to mount many other gauges and a new gauge cluster. I was thinking of a new dash, mayb out of a different model, or fiberglass one..

you can always do a custom gauge cluster, find a old one and gut it and make some plates, and still keep the stock dash. heres a old pic of mine

I like how you changed the gauges, but really I just do not care for the look of the dash. I mean this car is being done right so I want something different than stock..

I have seen some guys swap early generation accord dashes (89-90ish) and the later accord ones (92-93ish). Both looked pretty good, but don't ask me about difficulty or fitiment or how the door panels line up.

Yea alot of those dash swaps tend to look kinda ugly where it lines up with the door. People just fold the door panel down and it looks wrinkled or as if someone kicked it.
