2004-08 TL Seats in a 2002 TL-s

I really like the seats in the new TL. I want to put those seats in my 2002 TL-S. Anyone try this or know if its possible without modification?

prolly would work physically but you would have other issues as the OPDS system may not work

Im mostly worried about the mounting of the seats. Do the bolt patterns line up? Once I know that for sure I can go down to the dealer and see if they used similar connections for the electrical components.
