Mugen only makes parts for sedans.

No Mugen spoiler for your car, you might find a "replica" though.

I think there were a few other threads that dealt with this topic too, search and you might find some links to knock off parts. GL

There is no point to putting a Mugen emblem on it. You will fool no one into thinking it is a real Mugen spoiler (I prefer wing cuz that thing is huge). That wing is available ONLY on the sedan, and you can only buy it if you own a Mugen Si, or I guess if you have some major connections, which you quite obviously do not.

I have an idea. Buy a Mugen Si! Then, take the wing off, and re-sell the car!

You can buy the JDM mugen "wing" from King Motorsports. Same thing as the USDM Mugen Si "wing" Still won't fit on a coupe though.

So you can buy the Mugen Si spoiler? Hmm weird. You would think, since you can't purchase the lips, or side skirts, that the spoiler would be exclusive too.

you can also get the sideskirts and rear lip and they'll fit the US sedans. The front lip/bumper from Mugen @ King Motorsports does not (made for JDM front bumper). I'm not sure if the lip kit is the same as the USDM Mugen Si, but the "wing" is.

btw. King Motorsports is North America's official Mugen Distributor.

 

Yes, I knew that, but I still thought you had to own a Mugen Si to purchase any of the Mugen Si parts. I think the lips are different, because the type r fenders are a tiny bit wider. I think they are like 5 millimeters wider or something, so it'd probably still fit, even if they arent identical.

 

You're missing the point. What I'm talking about are the JDM mugen parts that fit the USDM sedans. Not the actual parts from the USDM mugen si that are available through the dealership with a VIN from a Mugen Si.

look at the picture on King Motorsport's site. It's not the same kit as the Mugen Si has, but the "wing" is the same.

 

No, dude, I see your point. Do you know for a fact the JDM Mugen parts fit the USDM Sedans? If you do, then cool. But I was under the impression that since they are made for the type r, they would not fit a USDM sedan, unless it had the type r conversion.

I clicked the link before. That quote kinda says I was partially right. You were mostly right. LOL. To be clear, I wasn't trying to say you were wrong, I was asking. I was correct in my thinking that the JDM front lip will not fit the USDM cars.
