-I live in CA (stuck with crappy 91 octane) so the highest compression I can run is 11.4:1 (from what I've read)

Besides the fact I'm aware I can achieve these compression levels with this block and proper internals I'm worried about its rev capabilities (strength of block core??)

I'd like to think that I could get away without using sleeves but If I want to rev to 9k w/a 11:4 compression ratio do I have a choice???

Any sugguestions/comments w/out flaming too hard would be rad!
