"starting air valve" on Euro R intake manifold??

"starting air valve" on Euro R intake manifold??
ok i have the same exact symtoms as a few other members and they concluded that the reason for their noisy intake is a component called a starting air valve . on the stock f22 and i guess usdm h22 this valve is on the left of the mani but i do not have said valve there... is there another location for this on the euro r manifold, do i even have it or what ? any info would help thanks ...

well i know where the Idle Air Control Valve is but thanks tho 
the starting air valve it the thing all the way to the right in this picture
