just want to know what a bad front bearing looks like and if you can see it once you have pulled axle out, or is this all internal and cannot be seen????

uh is there something wrong with yours? signs of bad wheel bearings are if the car is jacked up and wheels secure to the hub with the lug nuts, if the wheel can move in and out a little by pushing and pulling a little on the top portion of the tire then it is starting to go. another sign is a cricket noise chirp type of noise every once and a while. if it needs to be replaced, buy the wheel bearing separate, take a day with some beer and remove the hub/spindle assembly from the car and take it to a shop...
mine cost a total of 135 including the bearing and taking it somewhere to be pressed in. labor was 90$

if you think something inside is getting bad, such as the teeth thats a totally separate problem.. signs of that would be grinding noise/ the car will jerk

well when you remove the tie rod and lca from the spindle, its a good idea to get a re alignment. aligning and balancing should fix the problem... is the vibrations like in pulses at certain speeds?
