Re-thread, is it posible?

i have a bit of cross threading on the threads of my 93' EG subframe were the LCA bolts down with the subframe. is there a way to re-thread the threading. some one please give a answer.

Yep tap and die is the way to go if the nuts still there. Just have to make an extention for it to reach through.
