TracQuest is there this coming Sunday and Monday (July 7/8th).
TQ has excellent instructors and you will get tons of track time
(2-3 hours usually). Usually people get tired and the last 1 hour
is open track. I've ran with lots of different groups and I still
say TQ is one of the best overall value when you consider total
seat time, quality of seat time, quality of instruction... and
yummy food! the entry fee includes a fancy banquet on sunday night.
come one day or come both.
