i have a b16 with a skunk2 manifold i wanna get another throttle body wider in diameter can i get a b18 throttle body with no mods or which throttle body can i get for a b16 1st gen??????
If your B16 is a first gen then your TB is 58mm stock diameter. It can be bored to 62mm. Your manifold has a 64mm opening. The best combo would be a 64mm throttle body which you could have if you bore any OBD1 or newer B series TB. Those are 60mm stock and I can bore them to 64mm with a 67mm tapered opening
I don't know how good the aftermarket TBs are.
Ask here for opinions about the one you are considering to buy.
The manifold can be bored to 70mm no problem

It's not going to be a problem, but you're airflow is going to suck if you don't port match the mani.
