Default Car wont start

I just did a MPFI swap into my CRX. Finished it up today and went to start it...It makes a very weird "clicking" noise underneath drivers side Dash. Its in the car, not the bay and its more on the left underneath the steering wheel. Sounds like fuse box? Anyway It has a CEL, but the ECU isnt flashing. I checked my connections. You try to start it and it doesn't do anything. Could there be faulty connections at ecu? Reason why is its not flashing a code for me?

Try a different ecu, I have the sane clicking sound happen from time to time when I start my car.. I have no clue what the hell that is, maybe the main relay? mine has been converted to obd1 but was mpfi in the first place.
Do you have the resistor box for the injectors? It sounds like a bad connection somewhere.

Go over all your connections under the hood, make sure you haven't left any wires not connected. Is the wire from the under hood fuse box to the alternator connected?
