Default h23a1 head + f22b2 block = ?

ok ive done a search but I couldnt find anything regarding this particular combo... would it work?? basically i have a wrecked prelude sr with the h23a1 in it so i can get the head for free, but its got 350k km on it, so im guessing it would need to be rebuilt?

do you guys think it would be worth it?

how much lower? I have access to an H22 head, and wondered how much, if any, performance can be gained by using this head on the F22? This no piston swap/build up, just a straight swap.
