I'm in the process of polishing some Drag DR16 rims. I'm almost done. After applying mother mag and aluminum polish to the rim and buffing it out I noticed on the spokes, on top, they weren't polishing as well. You can see that the edges were polished up, but down the middle, was just kind of hazed up. So, I tried using mother polish again. Still the same thing, polished on the top outer edged of the spokes, but hazed in the middle of the spokes.

How do I fix that? Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Well, my guess is, is that I didn't sand it down enough and will need to sand the hazed parts out more.

 

sounds like you'll need to sand more. i did a couple of polish jobs...i hate'em. lol
