Default Keep fouling plugs

Damn b16b keeps fouling plugs. has run perfectly for years but has recently decided to take up spark plug fouling as a hobby. There are no codes or cel, car runs awesome with fresh plugs, but eats 'em after 2 weeks. Wet and black on cylinder 1 and 2, 3 and 4 are wet and black with a little carbon. Can smell gas on plugs, well duh since car cranks and doesn't start.

Where should I begin? Oxygen sensor? if it went bad shouldn't i get a cel? I am kinda concerned that I'm getting carbon buildup, doesn't that mean that i'm burning oil? I thought i was smart, but i don't know what to do.

start with what all has been done to the car? bigger injectors, fuel pressure regulator, ect....anything. and the plugs are wet and black that is caused by LOTS of gas, now we just have to figure why. like maybe a busted diaphram in the regulator or something else

The motor is all stock, I haven't changed anything from when it was running good. When I get home I will check out the pressure regulator. i think my buddy has a pressure gauge i can borrow. Maybe my injectors need a good cleaning?
