Default Rebuild madness

While rebuilding my D15B2 the other day i came across a few... "surprises" and forgot to post my misfortunes for all to see




And for the grand finale



Bottom end will be started on shortly... ill update more "surprises" then

Wow, your rebuild was more eventful than mine was! I just did a basic re-ring/hone and bearings on mine, and my only mis-hap was putting the T-Belt one tooth off. How bad was it running with that exhaust valve like that?

throw new plugs in it, and some new valves from FJT, and she's good as gold.
