i would just be driving and the car would just die....i would try to start it and it and it would not turn over for the first few times and then it would start right up...it does it randomly...i dont know what it is..there are no codes!!!! so idk....it doesnt even sputter it just dies...help please!!!

 

get some injector cleaner. let me know if that helps. i had the same issue and it helped me

 

Search nextime, answer is out there . Had this prob b4, next time it doesnt start, crank it and hold it to the run position, if it stays running, than its the ignition switch.

First make sure your maintence is taken care of.

 

how exactly i do that...when it stalls and i try to start it ...it doesnt turn over...but it normally always starts fine!!! its just the random stall and then a few tries then it turns over...so explain how do i check if its the ignition switch

 

So when it stalls, you go to crank it and it doesnt even turn over? Does it have battery power?

 

yeah everything works...it just doesnt turn over for the first few time...i really think its the ignition switch...but it was already replaced in 2002...is there anything i can do to the ignition switch to fix it...or where can i get a good working or new on!?

 

Next time it does this and your in a SAFE place turn the ignition to the ON pos. look at you check engine light. When it goes out you should hear a click from inside the dash, this is your main relay for the fuel pump. If there is no clicking the this is what your problem is. The 98-02 accords also had a problem with there main relay going bad just like the 90-93 accords.
