I parked my car for about five minutes on the street to buy a donut gasket for my muffler and my car got keyed. So I think I'm gonna go champ white. I'm sick of black and all of the scratches and dings that I have to live with everyday. Hopefully my car will have better luck with the true Honda color.

 

I hope you're painting the entire car (i.e. stripping the car to a bare shell and going from there).

She was pissed for days

always talking about it....never SHuting up
so we broke up later

and I went to her work and Keyed a nice big scratch in her hood
she hasn't come around yet

I was thinking of getting my FBP painted CW, but then I thought it would be better to get the car repainted black. That way, it'll still hold it's value, and saves you the headache with the door jams, and engine bay.

 

if i were you i'd keep my car black. Just get what needs to be fixed repainted. Trust me, the factory paint in all the door jams and cracks, etc. cannot be matched. I've had my car painted 5 times, and every time the paint job gets better, but its never perfect, and every time I wish I wouldn't have ever painted my car. You may not believe me, but down the line you will regret painting your R.

 

I would just keep it black,get a better paint job maybe four or five coats of hmm Nighthawk black paint OWNZ!!

As long as you're changing colors, get it repainted Milano Red, same color as is available on the GS-R. That way, it won't stand out as an ITR, so it will be less of a theft target.

 

...but more of a police target. Milano Red is a sweet color, but you will be even more attractive to police, and even though it won't be an "R" color, sooner or later thieves are going to notice your 5 lug, Type R interior, etc...
