unless you think about the big picture of modifying engines, you'll never be happy with the power you get with bolt ons. They will only do so much, no matter how much money you spend on them.

If you dont know "jack" then i would recommend you not modifying your car for the time being and reading about the stuff people do to your particular model and the results they got. Thats really the only way you can be sure that you are buying the right parts. Listening to all of us spout off different brand names and build sheets isn't going to help you understand why you buy a certain upgrade. Figure out why you need to upgrade something in order to reach X goal and you will never waste money on parts that dont work together.

a simple search of "intake", "integra header" in recent and archived threads should bring you a plethora of information on bolt ons. Just becareful what you accept as the truth.

Thank you very much. Sounds like you're comin from a lotta experince bro. You're right on when you mentioned how much people give out brand names, parts and functions. Everything could be pretty overwhelming. and I'm the type o guy who'd want to know the whys behind the whats before jumping into things. Very sound advise. Thanks.
