need to know if this swap can be done

can u swap a 99 honda accord F23a into a 93 honda accord that had a F22a1 if so what all would have to be swaped

Will need the engine, the f23 ecu, will need to convert it from obd1 (harness) to obd2, and maaaad vtec dude!
