My new(replacement) EF(ED)!
Ok, so my last little EFer blew up. Ill have to get pics of the carnage but it was a spun rod bearing that lasted over 10k miles spun. OEM hotness. I gave the old EF to my cusion who is already ***** deep in restoring it back to greatness, those pics are inc. soon as well.
Anyways, after I blew my car up trying to get it back home (lawls) I began the frantic 2000 dollar car search. Was set on a CLEAN EG coupe on ground control suspension, stock d16 vtec but wired for Vtec but homeslice kept pissing me off and missing my calls so, no deal. Tried to get a k series del sol that someone couldn't figure out the wiring on (that was REALLY exciting) but alas, same problem.
Until she showed up. Blue EF 5 speed just chillen in front of good year. New tires, new dizzy + labor and the previous owner couldn't afford the bill so, a signature and a title later, the car was for sale. One thousand one hundred dollars later, the car was mine.

Gonna be sitting on these which I picked up for 150 (For all 4)

So you're probably wondering what happened to the other 900 bucks.
That went to a 1993 DA with a 96 block and 98 head, dropped on eibachs. That motor is already down, and the front suspension minus the LCA bolts is off. Just need to snag the motor out, grab the master cylinder+booster prop valve and the rear brakes and the frame is going bye bye. Ill be prepping that motor up to be my daily (just a gasket+belt+tune up) and I have 2 other LS blocks. One is going to be LS boosted and the other is going... uh. Dunno yet.
Just gonna be a little race car to earn me some money and have some fun this summer, as cheap as possible. I will also learn how to tune on this thing as well.
As much *** as a k series would haul, I can't do it or afford it right now. Swapping the mounts over would mean no backup/winter b series like I have now, + the fact that I don't have the money to do it now anyways, nor the garage. But it would be so nice
.
Anyways, here's to the build

Thinking about getting an adjustable FPR cause like all high mile ef's, my fuel pump is on its way out. I want to snag a 255lph high pressure (this is the correct version I think) but I don't want it to run right due to the new pressure. I believe the stock pressure is 35-38ish psi? As long as I set the fpr to that pressure I shouldn't have any problems, right?
