Just did the egr port cleaning on my gf's ' 2000 accord 4cyl(it ran fine but threw a cel for it)

so i cleaned it and while everythign was apart i also cleaned the intake manifold, throttle body, and the idle control valve.

put it together with all new gaskets and now the idle surges(1000-2200), i quadruple checked that i had everything hooked back up right and am confident it all is including vacuum lines.

i tried bleeding the cooling system like 3 times from the bleeder on the water neck right below the tb and the hose that runs to the tb(the one conecction on this hose is like the highest point of the cooling system)

also sprayed brake clean everywhere i worked thinking maybe there was a leak somewhere

am i mssing something? or should i try checking the idle control valve again? try bleeding the cooling system again?
