Does anyone know how to swap over the wires for an 01 civic ex to an 02 si cluster.

 

you use a pin map.

 

i got that far but was wondering if anyone had already done it or am i the first. If someone has could they send me over the new pin locations.

 

The Si cluster won't fit in the normal Civic's gauge housing.

 

I'm going to be attempting to swap the ep3 type R cluster this spring. I've actually had the gauge cluster for over 4 years now but never got around to attempting it.

The plugs fit but you need to re-pin the plugs to match the ep3 cluster.

Toyomatt84 is right. The cluster doesn't fit properly in the em2/es1/es2 gauge housing. You will need to do some modifications to make it fit.

I know for sure that you will need to cut off the top tab off the ep3 cluster.
