i just bought some function form type 2 coilovers for my 96 civic i live in iowa so the streets are pretty messed any idea how stiff i should make the dampners like as far as the front an the back? Any ideas would be sweet thanks

 

u can set the damper to stiff and just dont slam the car too low.

 

There is no one ideal setting. Just play with it until you find your ideal settings for daily driving, or whatever you are using the car for.
