so i have a 91 civic hatch all stock if i put a y8 head on the stock motor is that a mini me swap? and how much power would i get from it?

Also i have headers h22 injectors accel plug wires "8mm" ngk plugs cold air intake a venom box and i wanna boost after the head swap good or no??? bout what times would i pull? also apexi ni tip and a aspec high flow cat with straight 2 3/4 inch pipe?
