Default Brake Hose question?

I looked, but didn't find any answers.

I have a 93 Del Sol Si, 4w Disc, and I need to replace the Brake Hoses.

If I get the parts from Discount Honda, its almost $180!!!

Can I get O'Reilly/Brakebest hoses and will they hold up?

I don't race, only street car, but I'm driving up to 80mph sometimes to get outta the way of 18 wheelers, so I'd like to be able to stop reliably, and not have to do this again in less than 5 years.

Thanks in advance!

No opinions?

How about Auto Zone hoses?

I've already decided agents braided.

Thanks.

Never heard of those, but I went with Goodridge steel braided brake lines and loved them.

Like I said, I don't want braided, don't want to have to change them in a couple years.

So, NO ONES tried non Honda brake hoses?

These are the rubber ones btw, not the metal lines.

Thanks.

Sorry, I'm a bit dyslectic. Or however you spell it too!

So, still no opinions?

Try these from Raybestos...

Places like CKS, Autozone, PepBoys, and NAPA should carry these products. Best of luck to you!
