Not sure if the part numbers are different, but I know the ones I got were "JDM" and came from japan. Here are pictures of the boxes, maybe you can make out the part number - I know I cant.

I was told you can tell the JDM CW sideskirts because the weather stripping comes in matching white. This is what the person who orders them told me.

Looks like 08F03-ST7-A20AZ

or 08F03-ST7-A20Z1 OR Z2

but that looks like its for the rear valances.... give me second and ill log on to my catalog and see if there similar i might beable to guess the sides

Well the US number for the rear also starts 08F03-ST7, and the last part has to do with color and something else so I'd say the sides are 08F04-ST7-A20Z1 OR Z2 (I think that is left and right sides) and the front starts 08F01-ST7.

So this might be right and this might be wrong, but Im almost 80% sure its right

Thats because people buy kits that were originally a different color and have them repainted to white, and the black trim remains.

Nor did the US ITR, they were optional and available as an option in japan also.
