2005 Acura RSX Type S HONDATA questions
ok, so im really confused right now. first of all, what is the difference between an ECU reflash and an upgrade from HONDATA. and second of all, do they make the better one (which ever it is...) 
for the 05-06 models?

hondata kpro is the "better" one... depends on what ur plans are for ur car and how far to plan on going with it performance wise... the reflash is for the people who just plan on doing ur basic bolt ons like intake, header, exhaust and possibly intake manifold... the kpro is a fully tune-able software/computer that u can use to obviously tune ur car to extract the most power out of ur setup... but then again it does take some time and knowledge to do so... kpro is excellent no matter what your set up is, wether it'd just be intake and header... or turbo/supercharger/all motor

this is how Hondata separates them. they have 2 different ECU packages, the K-Pro reflash, and the K-pro reprogrammable ECU.
For the reflash, if you ever want to upgrade to K-pro, instead of buying a newer one and spending another $1000, they have a K-pro upgrade package where you only pay the difference.
For the reprogrammable ECU, they have two packages. One, you use your old ECU and they will install K-pro on it. or two, they use an entirely new ECU and they will install K-pro on it.

You just asked two questions. No to the first question and Yes to the 2nd
