I know this has been beat to death, but i can't find a reliable source for info on the JDM B20a engine! there's just so much confusion...

so the scenario is: I'm new to the forum, and i just picked up an '88 prelude w/ the JDM B20a already in the car. it is super ghetto-fied, w/ heatwarped springs, HUGE fart can, and peeling gray primer on top of fading red paint. the car is running however, which seems to be the only good thing. anyways, are there manuals on the JDM B20a online in english? i really want to put my power steering back on... and find out sizes for belts, spark plugs, distributor cap, and whatever else there is.

Also, i have a prob w/ the engine when it is in gear. in neutral, the engine can rev high w/ no stutter, but in gear, if you go full throttle, it cuts out @ 4.5, and just doesn't go above that. if you ease it up the rpm's, it goes past it. what can it be?

I've spent days looking for a reliable source for this damn B20a engine w/ no results... help me out!!! i really want to restore this prelude back to beauty, and have it running great!!! sry if i jsut sound like another honda ricer newb, but that's because i am! (minus the ricer... for now)
