I'm sorry but i wouldn't pay 22k for the car. Warranty is no longer there and is null and void since it is, in the eyes of the dealership, heavily modified. I don't like second hand peoples turbo/supercharged vehicles especially stock motorwise due to the fact of ya don't know how hard they drove the vehicle. Buying someone else's "projcect" is like gambling. Being that it is supercharged and has lots of goodies, i'm pretty sure it wasn't slapped on for a DD grocery getter. If it was then i'm pretty sure it would get yo *** to the grocery store and pick up eggs pretty quickly but for that reason is highly unlikely.
When you mod a car the value of the car goes tremendously down and since he has a supercharger on it value just hit waaaaaaaay down. Hope you have the money yourself or are able to get a personal loan because a bank will only look at value of the car (if you don't tell them it's modded). good luck

I would agree. But he does state OBO. TS, if you are seriously considering buying it find out who installed the supercharger, who tuned it, and who maintained it. Also a leakdown or compression test wouldnt hurt.

thanks for the opinions guys, yea i dont think im actually ready o pay 22k for a car yet at the moment lol. I am in the market for an RSX though, and im trying to find some more good info on them
I would personally buy a car that comes close to stock (i.e. I/H/E) and work my way from there.
For every aftermarket part you worked hard for when it comes in the mail is a better feeling than having a car that's already been heavily modified at the point where you don't know where to start from.

Agree get a stock one, too many mods and more than likely its been run hard (you wouldn't put all those mods to "baby" the car).

I agree. 11psi is ALOT for stock internals in a k20. I believe you can only boost 9psi safely with out changing the internals. I would definitely get that car checked over pretty good.

I bought mine for 15k with only 22k miles on it and a clean title. came lowered, tinted, CAI, and a massive sound system, according to the guy i bought it from, it cost about 14k. not sure but if you want to check it out go here: https://honda-tech.com/zero...69379

You can boost safely a certain amount of psi on stock internals but to say what is safe is entirely up to you. Rule of thumb states 8 psi on stock internals is fine but can you define 8 psi? One turbo compared to another turbo on 8 psi is going to be completely different. Each turbo flows differently and pushes a different amount of CFM on 8psi so it's hard to actually say what is good and what isn't.

I agree. PSI isn't a determining factor on whether it will kill a motor because of what was mentioned above. Tune, power, maintainence and the way you drive it does. There are a handful of people DDing ~400whp without any problems.

I actually beleive ~400hp on stock internals to be honest the reason for this is because i ran just hair of 300 hp on stock internals on a GS-R. Now that tells me a k20a2/z1 can be pushed on stock internals ~400hp but how long, i have no clue and can't say.
