The axle back section is possible. I have swapped a full manifold to tailpipe from an Integra over to a HB, but not just the axle back.
If you have it, it is worth a try. Walk out to the car, look at it. If it is close, it will probably fit fine. Bolt it up and find out form there. The actual tail pipe section (tip) may be a little long, depending if it is off a 2dr or 4dr model Integra (4dr models have slightly longer section after the muffler)
