hey guys , im in the midle of building a DOHC ZC and orderd a clutch for it ( 89 integra ) got the clutch but it wont fit?

I looked on Exedys site ( where i got the clutch from ) and all the numbers match up for a 89 teg trans. So i guess i dont have a ZC trans on there then? how can i find out what trans is on my car?

there was a gold sticker on the side and the number is L3-1714583 and pl3-9000 i looked around the trans for a casting number but havnt been able to fins anything any help would be awsome!

Get a clutch for a 89-91 Civic. The 86-89 Integra's D16A1 is different from a DOHC ZC. Some parts fit and some don't (like the clutch).

I'm assuming you have a transmission from an 89-91 Civic or CRX.

count the splines on your clutch disk, then get back on honda tech. having the tooth count will help others with disks laying around help to place your disk properly. also, relabel your title so people know youre talking about the clutch system and not the inner workings of the gearbox.
