Can This be Done: Porsche 944 Turbo Brembo Brake Calipers on Our CaRs
Running across a set similar to this but at a very good price:

Thinking about picking up these bad boys for retrofitting. You think it can be done or have anyone done it?

I concur.
I concur.
You need to fabricate a bracket very similiar to Stoptech BBK's. It will require alot of work. Also, what diameter is the rotor size? Another area to consider is that the seals in those calipers probably need to be replaced if they havent already.
Fastbrakes.com has alot of affordable and effective solutions for our cars by the way.

$800 for calipers, rotors, pads, and lines.

Thanks for the link. $800 for a Wilwood brake kit. That's very tempting. I still want to take on the retrofitting route if it is "do-able".

Porsche carrera/boxter calipers can be used, but the rears though. They are 4 pot pistons. I'm awaiting a set of custom brackets from another h-t user to mount them on my itr right now. I'll let you know how it works out.
I don't want to put unrealiable information out there. But the h-t user told me he has them on his car right now... so i'm awaiting the actual brackets and mounted pictures.

From what I heard, the clamping force on the Porsche/Brembo is greater than Willwood.

uhhhh no. I stock all of the parts to rebuild a wilwood caliper, including pad wear plats, bridge bolts and pad retaining pins. It costs like ~$30 to rebuild one with new everything sans pistons.

I'm in for Boxter caliper bracket pictures. What size disc would they use?
I'm looking for a 4pot setup that would work on 11.1" discs and still clear Milleninia wheels... but I don't want to spend 1K+ on Spoons...

justin bought the guys brakes that he made for his integra. I know the guy who made these but not sure if he can make them anymore. He used to work in a race shop and had access to many machines to make them fit.
