i'm about to put money out into buying greddy headers for lx accord. i keep seeing ex accord headers but non for lx. will these ex fit my lx accord?

 

yes, but you may need to relocate and extend your O2 sensor and wires. Reason is in your LX the O2 is in the exhaust manifold but in the EX it is located at the end of the downpipe.

They fit w/no prob. I have the EX headers on my lx right now

and why bother getting a greddy, they are all the same design and flow as an EX header.

I thought that EX/vyec heads have a different exhaust port location compared to non vtec head F motors. Arent the two center ports closer together than the rest?

i believe the ports are different on 4th gen to 5th gen, not ex to lx. can't 100% remember though

the f22b1 and f22b2 are the same. h23 head is the same as well.

uh... I'm pretty sure the H23 is the same as that F22Ax, not the F22Bx.

 

Correct the H23 and the F22ax heads are the on the exhaust side.
