Default CMP incar H2

along with all the bugs, i forgot to put gas in for qualifying and made 2 laps saturday. I started in the back of our group. Speckled e30's got tangled up in T2 and we had a red flag. so here the rest of saturdays race.
http://video.google.com/videop...hl=en

Karl was balzin in the H4 accord. Ive got some relearning to do and need stiffer springs.

sunday video will be up soon!

They made you start behind all the spec. Miatas...ouch! Your engine sounds good!! I can't wait to get out there with ya this year for some good H2 battles.

What a weekend, I had a lot of work to do after nationals last year but with this past weekend made it all worth it. I have to thank John and Bob from JHR for the help and knowledge they provided. If it wasnt for those two I could not be racing.

Anyway I had a great time, I love the changes to the track and I was glad to see Shane make his first H2 weekend a success. With a little work he is going to be a terror to all. Josh keeps picking up speed in the R and is going to make a good battle in H2 for the season, along with John in his gsr.
I also want to congratulate Matt on getting his Comp license, coming from the back of the pack for the overall win on sunday, and avoiding the spinning e30 that threatened to take both of us out.
Anyway here is my video from both days, as Shane said saturdays race was cut short and sunday the camera ran out of batteries before I lost the lead so both of them are fairly uneventful.

Looks faster and noisier then the car was last season. The same result that I'm looking for.

How many people did you have running in H2 that weekend?

I'm kinda jealous you guys are out racing, it's about 8 degrees here and we're getting 4 inches of snow overnight

On the other hand, my car isn't race-ready.. I haven't even looked at it in a few months...

Damn you Southerners and warm climate. It is snowing here in Jersey, my shop is cold and my car is still awaiting it's H2 engine. I'll be keeping the H5 setup in it until I get the motor back in as I'm planning on doing an event in early May with SCCA.

Actually its mid 20s here today in the sunny south.

You really need to work on your late apexing. You are giving up a lot of time in the corners. You are in a momentum car after all..
