******SCAMMER ALERT - TODAFED aka MIKE COMBS******
I've been wanting to post this up for awhile now but i've been too nice for too long. Bare with my story, because it's a long one. 
A few months ago back in September 2007 I traded my 1997 Honda Civic Hatchback (picture of it HERE for his 2000 Acura Integra LS. I traded straight up my car for his Integra shell with an agreed and signed list of parts that he was going to trade me with. Here's an AD of his car posted here on Honda-Tech with a majority of parts he agreed on trading on. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1908402. I quoted it below just in case if he decides to remove his post.
The parts we agreed on that I could take off my Honda Civic was the turbo setup, and the EK SiR navigation unit. That was supposed to be the straight up trade and we signed on it. After papers were signed on what we agreed on, we traded titles and traded cars.
My end of the deal was completed, the only parts I have received till this date were Spoon Strut Bars, Spoon Front & Rear lower tie bar, Toda Flywheel, Hasport Motor Mounts, Fal Electric fan, fluidyne radiator, spoon radiator cap, spoon thermastat switch, spoon therma swtich, Toda Cam Gears, Mugen Oil Pan, Spoon DC cluster, JDM ITR Red Recaros, Spoon N1 exhaust, Spoon Filter, Spoon Spark plug cover, Skunk2 Pro Series Intake Manifold, jdm deleted arm rest, spoon steering wheel, tein BASIC suspension.
I was lied to about the suspension when clearly it was listed that the car had tein flex suspension. Originally, we agreed on trading for everything that was listed, he listed that he had Spoon SW388 wheels in 4x100 but they ended up being Rota Slipstreams so we agreed on that I keep my Gramlight 57s wheels, and he keep his Rotas.
He told me numerous times that he was going to get my parts from inline4 because they owed him it. During this time he told me he would have all the parts from inline4 in late November of 2007. His excuse for not having my parts was that inline4 was in the process of moving their facility, I personally called inline4 and spoke to "David" and was told by "David" that this was a complete lie made by TODAFED aka "MIKE COMBS". He said he had nothing to do with owing him any parts.
When I confronted TODAFED aka "MIKE COMBS" about this, he made excuses after excuses that he'd have my parts and to stop harassing him with phone calls and text messages. I was willing to negotiate with him and just end this whole ordeal with a different agreement. TODAFED aka "MIKE COMBS" agreed that he would just give me Spoon Monoblock Calipers and a set of Sprint Hart CP-R's with a JDM ITR 5-Lug Conversion. His excuse this time was that "Steve" at inline4 was going to get it for him from their Integra Type-R that they were parting out before they "sold it".
Once again, I called over to inline4 and spoke to "David". I was told that Steve has not been working there at all for the past two months. I don't know why he wasn't working there but that is all I was told. November was here and I still never received my parts. Week by week he told me he was getting it and that December he'll have everything for me. I never received anything at all.
Now till this day all I ask for to end this entire ordeal is to just give me my JDM SRS CTR Steering wheel back, even with just this he can not come through and just give me the steering wheel. He keeps making excuses after excuses that he is busy and when I call him or text him he says his "wife is pregnant" and to stop harassing him and threatening him. I simply told him to just drop it off at my house which is about fifteen minutes away from his and he still can not come through at all. After six months of waiting till this day I have not received ANYTHING. I will keep this thread updated with anything new I hear from him, but i'm done dealing with this guy and his lying excuses.

You obviously didn't keep your end, since all he got back was the wheel and not the hub. You may think that it was yours, but it wasn't.

Exactly, It had to come down to him making a thread, calling you a scammer just to get back the things that were his in the first place. Point being, you should have been up front and honest about the parts you had or didn't have and worked out a deal from there. Not promise to deliver parts you know you didn't order or have.

The only person i see acting like a child and a liar is YOU. It's pretty easy to try and shift the blame, but when i comes down to it, YOU were in the wrong and this thread will serve as a basis to stop anyone on h-t from doing any sort of transaction with you ever again. cause I still see you as a deceitful person and will, in the future, give fair warning to anyone who wants to do any sort or trade or deal with you

Your intentions were to scam, period. If this was a whole "misunderstanding" then why didn't you handle the situation like the up front person you claim to be from the beginning? You know for sure you were the one that screwed up this entire deal, you told Adrian this and that about his parts that you never had in the first place. Pretty sad when you even admitted it had to come down to this just for Adrian to get his steering wheel back. He cut you tons of slack, I'm surprised he's not even asking for the original parts you told him you'd have for him. I hope everyone that plans on dealing with you sees this thread and thinks twice about even doing any type of business with you. Oh yeah, and you still owe him the hub to the steering wheel.

Made a huge story about inline4 to try and get away with it? when you can actualy call inline and find out.......
