I did many searched on this problem and learned of how to check the temperature sensor for radiator fan. I verified both fan on my 91 Accord EX were working. The left fan (looking from the front) is working when I turn on A/C. I jumped wire at lower radiator hose to make sure this fan work. My problem is the fan on the right hand side (looking from the front of the car) is not working. I tested the fan itself. It's ok. My question is where do I need to check for this fan? Please see picture below.

 

Condensor fan relay in the underhood fusebox maybe?

 

I have 91 Accord EX. If condensor fan is the left one then it works ok. Only the right one that is not working. I think it's cooling fan.

I took the relay from the fuse box and tested it OK.

 

Is there any Honda guru out there with this knowledge? 91 Accord EX
