Selling a 98 CW ITR (theft title)

98 GSR head
00 Type R cams
00 SI tranny
Exterior:
OEM fog lights
16" CW ITR wheels w/tires
Red Volk Racing Lug nuts
Interior:
Stock interior Front & rear seats

he can't make up his mind if he wants to sell it...he keeps getting lowball offers so if someone come with a serious cash offer he probably sell it.
He also has 4 front s2ks if someone wants those instead of the CW 16s.
