I wanted to get the GSR black leather seats but no luck so far, so I'm planning to get those instead, just wondering do they fit the 96 honda civic coupe? do I need new brackets and other requirements for a perfect fit into my car? thank you.

Personally, I wouldn't get any 'knockoff' seat. It's a safety issue.
Yes, the integra seats will fit. You just need to switch out the inside (side the seatbelt buckle is on) slider/rail portion of the brackets. Just unbolt the rail from your stock seat and put it on the Integra seat. Takes all of 10 minutes.

I know for a fact because I had those exact seats in my 97 Civic before. All I had to do was switch out the inside slider.
